On April 1st, we presented our second of a series of MPF Webinars called “Responding to the Coronavirus Pandemic.” We invited Dr. Larry Richard, a long-time MPF Faculty member and the world’s leading expert on the lawyer personality and the psychology of leading lawyers, to share his insights and guidance to law firm leaders to help them in the unsettled times before us. He talks about lawyers’ need for predictability, control and connection; and that all of three of these needs have been disrupted in an abrupt and dramatic way. Larry talks about the importance of calm and steady leadership in times of crisis, with plenty of communication, authenticity and gratitude.
